2.4 Additional Services: Any additional services, such as search engine optimisation (SEO), content creation, or digital marketing, will be subject to a separate written agreement.

3. Orders and Contracts

3.1 Order Process: All orders for Services must be placed via our website or agreed in writing between us and the Customer.
3.2 Acceptance: No contract will be formed between us and the Customer until the order is accepted and confirmed by us in writing. Once confirmed, the contract will be binding on both parties.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information: The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when ordering the Services and to promptly inform us of any changes.
4.2 Content Provision: The Customer is responsible for providing all content (e.g., text, images, logos) for the website development in a timely manner.
4.3 Compliance: The Customer agrees that any content provided will not violate UK laws, including copyright, privacy, and intellectual property rights, or contain any offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.

5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Fees: All fees for the Services are detailed on our website or within the written agreement between us and the Customer. Fees are subject to change but will not affect any orders already placed and confirmed.
5.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms are specified on our website or as agreed in writing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend Services if payments are not received in full by the due date.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Website Hosting Terms

7.1 Service Uptime: We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, occasional maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
7.2 Backups: We perform daily backups of hosted websites. However, the Customer is encouraged to maintain their own backups and assumes responsibility for data restoration in case of data loss.
7.3 Security: We offer SSL certificates and conduct regular security updates and vulnerability scans. While we take reasonable steps to protect your website, we cannot guarantee that it will be free from security breaches or unauthorised access.
7.4 Hosting Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting services if the Customer breaches these Terms or fails to make timely payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties: We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
8.2 Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8.3 Liability Cap: Our total liability to the Customer for any claims arising out of or in connection with the Services will be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Customer: The Customer may terminate the agreement for any ongoing services (such as hosting) by providing 30 days’ written notice.
9.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate the agreement immediately if the Customer breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in illegal or unethical conduct.
9.3 Effects of Termination: Upon termination, all amounts owed to us will become immediately due, and we will cease providing the Services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the course of the agreement that is identified as confidential or would reasonably be understood to be confidential. This clause will survive the termination of the contract.

11. Data Protection

We comply with UK data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our full privacy policy is available on our website, which explains how we handle personal data provided by the Customer.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
